Start Your Year Off Right / Goals for a Successful 2016
RLS Focused Solutions, in conjunction with the Brunswick County Chamber of Commerce, is offering an opportunity to help you achieve a more successful 2016. The workshop will be offered on Friday January 15th. They will be held at the Chamber Conference. Room It will begin at 8:00 AM and conclude no later than 2:00 PM. A working lunch from the Purple Onion will be included.
Many of the most successful businesses in our area use this period of time to develop a plan for success in the coming year. In fact, several will go as far as to meet with consultants in distant cities to develop and formalize those plans. Here is an opportunity for businesses in and around Brunswick County to develop those plans during a 6 hour workshop in Shallotte. Each participant will be facilitated through a step-by- step process, the conclusion of which will be a plan for increased success in 2016. The workshop is recommended for business owners, individual business professionals and non-profit organizations.
Every successful individual or organization has a plan. You need to know where you are today and what you want to accomplish in the future. However, just knowing what you want to accomplish is only the first component of a successful of a successful equation. The balance of a successful life is developing the specific plan and action steps necessary to accomplish the plan.
The Annual Goals Review will facilitate you through a process to help you identify and prioritize your defined measurement for success and help you develop a specific plan of action 
through questionnaires, assessments and goal achievement.
Each session will include open discussions of the planning elements along will private one-on-one coaching with the participants. Participation in each session will be limited to only one business in a given market on a first come first served basis. No two competing businesses will be in the same session and the maximum group will only include ten people.
